My early career was shaped by entrepreneurship, sales, and leadership. I put myself through college, became financially independent at 18, and learned firsthand what discipline, resilience, and responsibility actually require.

Professionally, I’ve helped build and lead high-performing sales teams, contributed to meaningful growth in multiple business settings, and developed a deep respect for the inner side of outer success.

Today, my primary focus is Enduring Equity, which helps individuals and nonprofits find, acquire, and manage small businesses as investments. Alongside that work, I continue to speak, write, and coach on leadership, perspective, and a more conscious way to pursue excellence.
